to supply power to a DTS6DX PRO, is it sufficient to provide a constant-voltage supply on the excitation wires of all 6 sensors?
The datasheet reports a current consumption of 3mA for the accelerometers and 6mA for the angular rate sensors.
Is this the consumption at constant voltage, or does it mean that they should be supplied with a constant current?
Also: the accelerometers' output is dependent on the excitation voltage, while the angular rate sensors' is not.
However, how sensitive are the sensors to noise on the power supply? Do I need a particularly stable supply to reach the maximum accuracy of the sensors?
