Help Center Articles fall into several categories: Product-Specific, Product Type-Specific, and Non-Product Specific (or General). You can find these types of articles in the following locations:
Product-Specific: These articles are directly related to your Specific Product (Hardware or Software) and can be found in your Specific Product's Section.
Product Type-Specific: These articles are related to a Product Type or Family (Hardware) and can be found in subsections within your Product's Type Category.
Non-Product Specific (or General): These articles are more generic and do not relate directly to a Specific Product or Product Type or Family. These articles are located in the Knowledge Base within Topic Sections and Subsections.
