Everyone loves an upgrade and the DTS Help Center is no different. We've been working hard to build a better Help Center experience and we're happy to say that we're ready to show it off to the world!
The Help Center Upgrade will be launching March 30th - March 31st, 2022.
However, as with all changes, the transition might feel a little strange. Here are some of the Expected Activities:
-
Visual Redesign Launch:
-
Your favorite Help Center pages are getting a Makeover! This is their 'Runway Reveal'.
-
-
Article and Section Reorganization:
-
We're changing up the way our Help Center flows to optimize organization and make it easier to find what you're looking for.
-
Manuals, Documents, Drawings, Downloads, and Product-Specific Articles will now be located under the Product Information --> [Product Type] --> [Product] hierarchy.
- EG. SLICE6 AIR User Manual
- Product Information --> Data Acquisition Systems --> SLICE6 AIR --> Document Downloads --> User Manual
- EG. SLICE6 AIR User Manual
-
Knowledge Base will house articles that are non-product-specific.
-
-
Important Notes:
-
Good News!
-
Bookmarks and Saved Links will not change. You can continue to use the same links you've always used to access your Favorite Articles.
-
Need to Issue or View a Support Request? Request Submissions and Viewing will not be affected. You can Submit a Request or View an Active Request as usual.
-
Articles will remain available during Launch Activities -- we aren't taking anything 'offline'.
-
What Do You Need to Do?
There are a couple of things you can do to help ease your transition into the New Help Center.
-
Navigate to your Favorite Articles and Select the 'FOLLOW' button to save them to Your Profile's 'My Activities --> Following' page.
- This will help you to find them regardless of their new location in the Redesign.
-
Please Be Patient With Us ....
-
The Launch Activities will take us a couple of days to complete. You may find that you know where something is one minute but the next it isn't there anymore. We understand that this is frustrating, but in order to keep our Help Center content available during this process, we are performing the launch during 'live hours'.
-
If you suddenly can't find what you're looking for, try going to the Home Page and navigating through the Product Information --> [Product Type] --> [Product] hierarchy OR KnowledgeBase --> [Topic Category] hierarchy to try to find it.
- NOTE: There may be BRIEF PERIODS where an article becomes unavailable as it is being moved. If this happens, give us a couple of minutes and try to access it again.
