Issues Signing In to the Help Center using Internet Explorer?

We are aware that some Internet Explorer users are experiencing issues signing in to the DTS Help Center using the 'Sign in' link on the main webpage.  While we are working on resolving this issue, you can access the 'Sign in' dialog box popup by following these steps:

1. Click the 'Submit a request' link at the top of the page
   
2. Click the 'Sign in' link at the top of the Submit a request page
   
3. Enter your login information
   

If you are still experiencing issues signing in, use the Submit a request form to generate a ticket and get further support.
